    Really unfortunate to spend energy promoting the business on the highway, then to leave the person deflated after they left the highway to give the bakery some business.

    Also they need to train staff to "act" like having a customer enter the store is something that they are pleased to occur, as opposed to looking like their lunchtime has been interrupted.
